Four Rooms

Lets face it, I'm really not the kind of girl who really keeps to a consistent schedule of any kind, however I do like to imagine myself as able to keep track of engagements, contests, and general mayhem of life. So here I have delivered for you, a movie recommendation of the week, for this week, because this week is the only one that matters (for today).

Movie recommendation of the week winner is Four Rooms! The film, made in 1995, is a complex, entertaining , and intertwining plot lines. The directors, Allison Anders, Alexandre Rockwell, Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino each direct one "room" of the film. It is defiantly worth seeing (and might even be a cult favorite).

Alexander McQueen is one of the most revolutionary, renowned, and respected designers of recent history. His tragic death in February of 2010 came to early, but his passion and unique style live on through his work. 

Fast Facts:

-Born in London in 1969

-British Fashion Designer of the Year, won four times between 1996 and 2003

-International Designer of the Year by Council of Fashion Designers in 2003

-worked with Gucci and Givenchy, Puma

-married George Forsyth in 2000, divorced a year later but remained friends

McQueen's designs are whimsical, edgy, unique and bold. They have captured celebrities, musicians, artists,  actors and actresses eyes all over the world. See for yourself....

The never ending pile of work that McQueen accomplished is truly fantastic, and will entertain the eye for all of eternity. From dresses, to jeans, and Lady Gaga's shoes, his expertise in creating a new look is magnificent.

Oh for the love of fur!
